1. Played for several clubs throughout his career including Sheffield United, Brentford, Brighton & Hove Albion, Nottingham Forest, and Crawley Town.

3. Won the Football League Trophy with Brentford in 2001.
4. Helped Brighton & Hove Albion win promotion to the Championship in the 2003-04 season.
5. Named Brighton & Hove Albion Player of the Year for the 2003-04 season.
6. Played in the 2006 League One Play-off Final for Nottingham Forest.
7. Served as captain for Brighton & Hove Albion during his time at the club.
8. Was named in the PFA League One Team of the Year for the 2008-09 season.
9. Retired from professional football in 2010.
10. Later became a coach and managed several clubs including East Grinstead Town, Whitehawk, and Crawley Town.
